Compass Group North America has a Regional Vice President of Sales supporting Community Living with in FLIK Lifestyles, Bateman, and Morrison. This professional top-performer will be an organized self-starter who has the proven ability to work independently as well as coordinate the activities of a team. Will lead and coordinate selling efforts into community living systems within the United States. Individual must be based in major metro city within the Eastern, US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying an "A” portfolio of targets

  • Coordinate sales activity with respective RSD's within the region

  • Define the appropriate value propositions for the service offering to new clients

  • Effectively communicate to management, sales and operating teams on the WITY and solutions to meet prospect needs.

  • This position requires a highly skilled and experienced sales professional that can work collaboratively in a complex organization structure while producing results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent experience

  • Ten or more years of sales, sales strategy and team leadership

  • Experience in food services/support servives and a strong knowledge of the community living industry

  • Proven track record of deal making

  • Able and willing to take risks

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and financial skills needed to analyze and summarize data quickly and effectively

  • Competitive, self-starting, resilient individual

  • Good organization skills needed to manage multiple high level deals at one time
