Job Description

Volt is currently hiring for a direct hire Field Equipment Supervisor position in the agricultural production industry! This company is located in Coalinga, CA and is with one of the largest growers, packers, and shipping operations for their ag category in the entire United States. This is a full time opportunity will be based out of Coalinga with the primary focus being the supervision of Equipment used to harvest and plant their product. Travel to norther states and other similar category growing areas in California will be required.

This position requires, but is not limited to, knowledge of harvest and planting equipment. High School education is required. CDL required. Position requires communication between harvest supervisors and Field Manager. Movement of equipment (from field to field), equipment rentals (scheduling rentals of tractors and forklifts), equipment overhauls (down season repairs), planting and harvest of fresh and processed product, are all duties of this position. The ability to speak or understand Spanish highly preferred.

This position will report directly to the Field Manager and be a liaison between outside growers and management within the company. The position offers a competitive benefit/full time salary package.
